SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Maison Alure. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

        ∙       Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
        ∙       Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Maison Alure is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@maisonalure.store.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Maison Alure is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@maisonalure.store we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.

7. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
