RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Maison Alure pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:
∙ Unworn and unwashed
∙ In original condition with all tags attached
∙ Free of perfume, deodorant, or any stains
2. Final Sale Items
All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@maisonalure.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Maison Alure is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@maisonalure.store with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
